國立高雄科技大學國際管理碩士學位學程徵聘1名外籍專任教師公告
一、徵聘職稱：外籍專任助理教授(含)以上1名
二、起聘日期：114年8月1日，必要時得視實際聘任作業情況延至115年2月1日起聘。
三、報名日期：自即日起至114年4月30日（星期三）前送達。
四、應徵條件：
(一)申請者應具有外國國籍。
(二)應徵者應具有管理相關領域之博士學位，並具全英文授課與產學合作計畫執行能力。
(三)應聘教師須符合「技術及職業教育法」第25條規定，應具備一年以上與所任教領域相關且有助於教學之業界實務工作經驗。但104年1月16日前已在職之技職校院專任合格教師且任教年資未中斷者，不在此限。(業界實務工作經驗，以專任職務為原則，並得以連續或累計方式採計，惟兼任職務年資折半採計。)
I.Position: One Tenure-Track Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.
II.Occupation Starting Date: August 1st, 2025 (could be postponed to Feburary 1st, 2026, depending on the actual process timeline.)
III.Registration date: Delivered from now until April 30, 2025 (Wednesday).
IV.Qualifications:
1.Applicants should have qualified foreign nationality.
2.Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in Management or related fields, with demonstrated
ability to teach courses entirely in English and execute industry-academia collaboration projects.
3.Applicants must comply with Article 25 of the "Vocational and Technical Education Act," which stipulates that applicants should have at least one year of relevant industry practical work experience that is beneficial to teaching in the field they will be instructing. However, teachers who were already employed as full-time qualified instructors in technical and vocational schools before January 16, 2014, and whose teaching experience has not been interrupted, are exempt from this requirement. (Industry practical work experience is primarily based on full-time positions and may be counted continuously or cumulatively, with part-time positions being counted at half the rate.)

（二）個人簡歷、自傳
（三）碩士及博士學位，並檢附碩士以上學歷畢業證書影本
（四）碩士、博士學位成績單影本
（五）需檢附國籍證明(請提供護照影本或居留證影本等資料)
（六）1年以上業界實務工作經驗證明影本
（七）已具助理教授級（含）以上教師資格者，請附教師證影本。
（八）擬任人員具結書並簽名。(如附件2)
（九）學術著作清單
（十）填具近五年內之管院學院新聘專任(案)教師學術著作及專業成果點數列表（附件1），並請參考管院學院新聘各職級專任(案)教師資格審查要點（附件4）。
（十一）其他有助於審查之資料（如推薦信、產學、專利、計畫、獲獎…等）
各項表格與文件請依序、分項並以長尾夾固定，為方便後續處理，請勿裝訂成冊。

9.List of academic publications.
10.Please complete the list of academic publications and professional achievements in the recent five years (Attachment 1), and refer to the review guidelines for faculty qualifications at the College of Management (Attachment 4).
11.Other materials that may assist in the review (such as recommendation letters, patents, projects, industry-academia collaboration, awards, etc.).
All forms and documents should be fixed in order, but should not be bound into a book.
六、應徵者博士學位如為國外學歷，應注意以下事項：
（一）應符合「大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法」等相關規定。
（二）外國學歷(畢業證書及歷年成績單)：須經中華民國駐外使館認證證明。
（三）應檢附國外學歷送審教師資格修業情形一覽表。(如附件3)
（四）應檢附修業前後及修業期間之入出境紀錄(請至內政部入出國及移民署各地辦事處申請)。
VI.Applicants with a doctoral degree from a foreign country should pay attention to the following rules:
1.It should comply with the Regulations Governing the Assessment and Recognition of Foreign Academic Records by Institutions of Higher Education.
2.Diploma and transcripts from a foreign country must be certified by the embassy of the Republic of China in a foreign country.
3.The overview of academic record for overseas degree should be attached. (Attachment 3).

九、備註：
查就業服務法第46條規定：「雇主聘僱外國人在中華民國境內從事之工作，除本法另有規定外，以下列各款為限：一、專門性或技術性之工作。、二、華僑或外國人經政府核准投資或設立事業之主管。三、下列學校教師：（一）公立或經立案之私立大專以上校院或外國僑民學校之教師。……。」本聘任案按前開規定辦理。
IX.Article 46 of the Employment Service Law stipulates: "The employment of foreigners by employers to engage in work within the territory of the Republic of China shall be limited to the following items unless otherwise specified in this Act: 1. Specialized or technical work. 2. . Overseas Chinese or foreigners who have been approved by the government to invest or set up business supervisors. 3. Teachers of the following schools: (1) Teachers of public or registered private colleges or colleges or schools for foreign nationals...."
