1.Resume and autobiography in both Chinese and English (Please specify the start and end dates, unit/department, job title, and full-time or part-time status for each work experience. Supporting documents are required for each experience.)
2.Photocopies of University and Graduate School diplomas and transcripts
(for an applicant with a foreign Ph.D. degree, both the diploma and transcripts must be verified by the R.O.C. Representative Office in the country where the degree was obtained)
3.Full text of Master’s and Ph.D. theses (hard copy and PDF file)
4.A list of your publications in the past 5 years with attached copies
5.Teaching evaluation results by previous universities or institutions
6.At least 2 letters of recommendation
7.A photocopy of National ID card or passport (and ARC for foreign teachers)
8.A copy of teacher’s certificate issued by the Ministry of Education (if applicable)
