Job opening: One Project-Based English Instructor
- Position type:
1 project-based English instructor responsible for common education English courses (one-year appointment, renewed on an annual basis, subject to review).
- Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree (or higher) and have university-level teaching experience. Those with CEFR C2 proficiency and the ability to teach entirely in English are highly preferred.
- Job responsibilities:
To teach Common Education English courses in accordance with the Institute's curriculum offerings (delivered entirely in English) and to assist in advancing administrative and teaching-related initiatives.
- Expected Start Date:
The appointment is scheduled to begin on February 1, 2027, subject to the University's administrative procedures.

- Proposed Course Offering & Information Forms for Newly Appointed Faculty (Form B).
- Detailed Curriculum Vitae: Please specify the rank applied for, name, email address, contact phone numbers, and mailing address.
- Personal Statement written in English.
- National ID Card: A photocopy of the front and back (for non-ROC nationals, please provide a photocopy of your passport and/or ARC).
- Academic & Employment Credentials
- Academic Credentials: Copies of diplomas and transcripts beginning from the Bachelor’s degree level.
- Note: For applicants with foreign degrees, the highest diploma and transcript must be authenticated by an R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas mission.
- Note: Applicants holding foreign degrees must also include the "List of Coursework and Teaching Qualification Review" (Form C) and an entry/exit record certificate.
- Proof of Employment: Current letter of appointment or official proof of current/past employment.
- Teacher’s Certificate: A photocopy (if available).
- Letters of Recommendation: Two original letters of recommendation.
- Teaching & Professional Records
- Teaching Portfolio: Records of courses previously taught at the university level and teaching evaluation results.
- Supporting Documents: Any other materials that demonstrate the applicant’s professional expertise or specialized skills.

- Hard Copies: All materials must be printed on A4 paper and secured with binder clips only; no binding is required (except for letters of recommendation).
- Digital Files: Both PDF files and original-format Word files (specifically for Forms A, B, and C) must be provided.
