應徵資格
Requirements
1. Master’s degree (MA) in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English Language Teaching, or related field.
2. Excellent English proficiency.
3. Experience supporting EMI programs and student language development.
4. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
1. Experience in curriculum design or teacher training.
2. Familiarity with digital tools or innovative language learning methods.
工作內容
Work Content
1. The minimum teaching load is 16 hours per week.
2. Teaching subjects: Freshman English and elective English courses.
3. Support university-wide English-Medium Instruction (EMI) programs.
4. Organize and sponsor English-related activities, workshops, and events.
5. Mentor and supervise students for English competitions and academic projects.
6. Collaborate on curriculum development, teaching materials, and language programs.
