MS Degree Program in Intelligent Computing and Intelligent Computing Industrial Doctorate Program

Miin Wu School of Computing (SOC), National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan

The MS Degree Program in Intelligent Computing and Intelligent Computing Industrial Doctorate Program at the Miin Wu School of Computing (SOC), National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), invites applications for a full-time faculty position. We seek enthusiastic individuals dedicated to advancing robotics and artificial intelligence through cutting-edge research and innovative teaching.

Position Titles and Qualifications

Ranks: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.

Education: Ph.D. degree (or near completion) in AI and Computing related field.

Research background: Doctoral research must be related to AI or Computing.

Start Date: August 1, 2026, or February 1, 2027.

Research Focus Areas

We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise including but not limited to the following areas:

1. AI related topics: NeuroAI, Physics AI, Educational AI, Health AI, Sport AI, Generative AI
2. Computing related topics: Quantum Computing, Unconventional Computing,
3. Semiconductor related topics: Digital/Analog IC Design, Smart Chips and Systems (IoT & AI Applications), Memory and Neuromorphic Computing Chips
4. Interdisciplinary topics: Law, Large Language Model Topics
5. Mathematical Sciences
