• 學歷需求：藥學、生物藥學或相關領域之博士
  Ph.D. in pharmacy or in the areas related to biopharmaceutical sciences

• 職務條件：

1.大分子藥物新藥開發專才之博士
Ph.D. with expertise in macromolecular drug development.

2.大分子體藥物控制釋放或藥物動力學研發專才之博士
Ph.D. with expertise in controlled release or Pharmacokinetc study for macromolecular drugs.

3.於上述領域國內外學術機構具博士後研究員經驗至少一年以上，兩年尤佳。
At least one year of postdoctoral research experience at domestic or international academic institutions in the aforementioned fields, preferably two years.

4.熱心教學與專業人才培育
Passion for teaching and talent development.

5.具優異溝通、團隊合作及領導能力
Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and leadership.
