The College of Management at Yuan Ze University (YZU), Taiwan, invites applications for full-time faculty positions (Assistant Professor or above) in the following areas:

• Area I: Intelligent Finance and Investment Analytics (Including Artificial Intelligence, Financial Data Science, Smart Investment, and Quantitative Finance)
• Area II: Finance and Related Fields (Including Corporate Finance, Investments, and Financial Institutions Management)

Appointment Start Date: February 1, 2026 (Academic Year 115)

Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in Intelligent Finance, Financial Data Science, or Finance (or closely related fields) from an accredited institution, and be capable of teaching in English. Candidates with a strong publication record or demonstrated research potential are especially encouraged to apply.

Required Application Materials:

1. Faculty Qualification Review Form (as required by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan)
2. Curriculum Vitae and Autobiography (including educational background, professional experience, research interests, and areas of expertise)
3. Copy of the Ph.D. diploma

• For degrees obtained abroad: verification by a Taiwan overseas representative office is required.
• For expected graduates: a letter from the advisor confirming the expected graduation date is required.

4. Official Ph.D. transcript (verification required for foreign degrees).
5. Copy of Teacher’s Certificate (if applicable).
6. List of academic publications (please specify the sources) and a summary of past research and significant achievements.
7. Representative publications within the past five years, along with other supporting works.
8. Two letters of recommendation (must be sent directly by the referees in sealed envelopes).
9. Statement of future research direction and teaching plan.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. All materials must be received by November 25, 2025 (based on postmark date). Please submit both a hard copy and an electronic version (merged into one PDF file; large files may be provided via a cloud link).

Selection Process:

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interviews. Those not selected will not be individually notified.

Recruitment Incentives:

Successful candidates may be eligible for a Faculty Recruitment Incentive Grant according to Yuan Ze University’s regulations, provided for a minimum of three years:

• Associate Professor: NT$170,000 per year
• Assistant Professor: NT$150,000 per year
