應徵條件：
1.具商學領域博士學位者。
2.能夠教授本院商學領域課程，專長為行銷管理、策略管理、組織行為、跨文化研究、文化資源基礎理論者佳。
3.具備以全英語教授本院專業課程之能力(面試時須英文試教) 。
4.具團隊精神並能與同事積極互動。
5.具以下條件者優先考慮：
(1)曾任其他大學副教授/教授。
(2)具海外教學經驗，尤其是亞洲。
(3)具ESL/EFL教學經驗。
Qualifications:
•Ph.D. in Business.
•Able to teach courses in the field of business in English, preferred specializations include marketing management, strategic management, organizational behavior, cross-cultural studies, and foundational theories of cultural resources.
•Able to work collaboratively and to interact positively with colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Served as an associate professor/ professor at other universities.
•Overseas teaching experience, especially in Asia.
•ESL/EFL teaching experience.

1.ISTM accepts applications on a rolling basis.
2.Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•Teach Freshman/Sophomore required and elective courses in our “2+2 double bachelor's degree international programs”.
•Teach 8~10 hours per week during each semester.
•Complete assigned administrative tasks and English-learning activities.
•Actively participate in committee work, program advancement, and professional development groups.
