國立政治大學勞工研究所114學年徵聘教師公告

一、應徵資格：

1. 獲有博士學位。

2. 具國際學術發表及英語教學能力（EMI）者，必要時需支援英語授課課程。

二、徵聘名額：專任教師1名。

三、應徵職級：助理教授（含以上）。

四、專長領域：勞資關係、社會安全、全球勞動力移動與發展等相關領域。

五、授課領域：勞資關係、社會安全、全球勞動力移動與發展等相關領域之研究所課程與大學部通識課程。

六、起聘日期：最快於民國115年2月1日（114學年第2學期）起聘。

七、應徵資料：請提供紙本（一式五份）、電子檔案一份

3. 研究著作目錄。

4. 擬開設課程綱要（4門，至少1門需為英語授課）。

5. 教師證書影本（尚未取得教師證書者免附）

6. 博士學位證書及相關學經歷證明書影本。（持境外學歷者，須於我國駐外館處辦妥驗證。申請截止日前尚未取得博士學位證書者，得先繳送由學校單位出具之論文審查通過的臨時學歷證明文件正本，並應於民國114年11月15日前取得博士學位證書並完成認證。）

7. 最高學歷成績單影本（已有教師證書者得免附；持境外學歷者，須於我國駐外館處辦妥驗證。）

8. 博士論文與近五年內代表性著作（至多5件）。（已取得副教授以上證書者免附博士論文）

2025 Job Announcement

The Graduate Institute of Labor Research (GILR) at National Chengchi University seeks applications for a Tenure-Track position of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor with primary expertise in the fields of Labor Relations, Social Security, Global Labor Mobility and Development.

The candidate must hold a PhD at the time of appointment. Successful candidate for this tenure-track position is expected to teach a variety of courses in the following fields (in Chinese and English) :

1. Graduate courses: Labor Relations, Social Security, Global Labor Mobility and Development.

2. Undergraduate general education courses: Labor Relations, Social Security, Global Labor Mobility and Development.

Position begins on February 1, 2026

2. Curriculum Vitae.

3. List of publications.

4. Four syllabi of courses. (Including one in English and three in Chinese)

5. The university teacher certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan. (If available)

6. Certificate of PhD degree (Applicants who have not yet obtained their PhD diplomas by the application deadline may submit an original provisional certification issued by their universities, confirming the successful defense of their dissertations. The PhD diploma and its verification must be completed by Nov 15, 2025.)

7. Transcript for The PhD Program. (Required for applicants without the university teacher certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan.)

8. PhD dissertation and up to five representative publications from the last 5 years. (Applicants with associate professor level or above, do not need to submit their PhD dissertation.)

Applicants whose PhD degrees were conferred by overseas universities should have their degrees and transcripts authenticated prior to application and present the photocopy of authenticated documents along with their diplomas and transcripts.
