工作概述：國立臺灣大學公共衛生學院健康政策與管理研究所(以下簡稱本所)致力於推動健康的公共政策、營造有益健康的生活環境、發展有效的健康促進計畫、建構具公平與效率的健康體系。本所以培育具健康人權理念、全球視野及專業素養的中堅及領導人才為教學目標。本所提供三種學位制度：理學碩士(MS)、哲學博士(PhD)與高階經營碩士在職專班(EMHA)，並協助公共衛生學系(BS)與公共衛生碩士學位學程(MPH)的教學與服務工作。

本職缺徵求之領域專長：高齡健康照顧政策與管理、健康照護政策與管理、健康相關公共政策、健康產業管理等。

應徵資格：需於112年10月31日前取得相關領域之博士學位。具研究、教學或實務經驗並表現優秀者將優先考量。

【Faculty Position Opening】

Position: One Full-time Tenure-Track Assistant/Associate/Full Professor (jointly employed with the Department of Public Health)

Job Summary: The Institute of Health Policy and Management (IHPM), College of Public Health, National Taiwan University is committed to promoting healthy public policies, creating a healthy living environment, developing effective health promotion programs, and constructing a fair and efficient health system. The educational goals are to nurture leading talents who value health equity and human rights and have global visions and professional competency in health policy and management. The IHPM provides three graduate degrees – Master of Science (MS), Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), and Executive Master of Health Administration (EMHA), and assists in teaching and services of the baccalaureate public health program (BS) and the Master of Public Health (MPH) program of the CPH-NTU. 

Areas of specialty: The IHPM is seeking a faculty member with research and teaching specialties in one of the following areas: Elderly Healthcare Policy and Management, Healthcare Policy and Management, Healthy Public Policy, and Management of Health Industry.

Required Qualifications: Minimum requirements include an earned doctorate by October 31, 2023, in the above relevant field. A strong record of research, teaching, and policy or management experiences will be preferably considered.
