本中心擬徵聘英文專任教師1名；職務內容含學術研究發表、行政服務、教授本校大學英文及選修英文課程等。

• 職等：助理教授（含）以上。
• 名額：1名。
• 資格：
  • • • 具教育部認可之國內外博士學位。
      • 具英語教學/應用語言學/教育相關專長且有相關研究發表者。
      • 具教育部核准之助理教授（含）以上教師證書者優先考量。
      • 具兩年以上相關教學、行政經驗者優先考量。
• 聘期：自112年8月1日起聘。
• 薪資：比照公立大專教師薪資支給標準。
• 應徵文件：

1. 申請函（cover letter，請以中文或英文撰寫）。
2. 個人履歷表（請一律下載及使用本中心中文版履歷表）。
3. 博士學位畢業證書影本。

• 如為境外學歷，需於起聘前完成我國駐外館處驗證。
• 若為博士候選人最晚須於2022年底前取得博士學位。

4. 碩博士班成績單(已具助理教授以上資格者免附，需另提供教師證書影本)。
5. 博士論文(具副教授資格以上者免附)及5年內代表著作至多3筆。
6. 研究著作目錄。
7. 未來五年研究與出版計畫概述
8. 可教授科目教學大綱(2科)。
9. 推薦函2封。
10. 過去教授課程之「教學意見調查結果」。

Faculty Position–Seeking Tenure-track English Professor

Foreign Language Center, National Chengchi University

The Foreign Language Center at National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan (R.O.C.) invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position with responsibilities including academic research, administration, and the teaching of required and elective English courses.

• Position: Full-time assistant professor (or above)
• Number of positions: 1
• Qualifications:

           ◎PhD degree from an institution acknowledged by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Taiwan

           ◎Expertise in TESOL/Applied Linguistics/Education with relevant publications

           ◎Assistant Professor Certificate (or above) issued by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan, preferred

           ◎Two-year or more relevant teaching and administrative experiences preferred

• Appointment Period: The appointment is expected to begin on August 1, 2023.
• Salary: in accordance with standards stipulated by MOE, Taiwan
• Required Application Documents:

• Those acquired overseas will have to be verified by a Taiwanese foreign consulate.

5. PhD dissertation (not required for associate professors or above) and up to three publications within five years

Phase 2: Teaching Demonstration Video (tentative deadline—January 31, 2023)

• Shortlisted candidates can expect to be informed via email by January 10, 2023 to submit a teaching demonstration video.
• The topic and format will be announced in the email message. The candidates are to prepare and submit the video by uploading it to a designated cloud space before the deadline.

Phase 3: In-person/Online Interview (tentative date—Saturday, February 18, 2023)

Candidates who pass Phase 2 will be individually informed of the interview with the finalized date and format.
